प्याज खाने के फायदे, गुण, लाभ और नुकसान
Pyaj ka matlab onion hai. Pyaj ko toh sab log jante hai chahe vo kisi bhi age ka ho. Pyaj ka istemaal roj khane mein hota hi hai. Yeh khane ka swad toh badhata hi balki bimariyon ko bhi dur bhagata hai. Pyaj ke chilke bhi bahut faydemand hote hai.
