2. आयरन और कैल्शियम (iron and calcium) :- Nakhun ko mujbut aur lambe banane ke liye calcium aur iron ki jarurat hoti hai. Toh agar aap mein calcium aur iron ki kami hai toh iski purti karni chahiye.
