Aalu (potato) ko kaun nhi janta hoga. Baccho aur Bado ko sabhi ko aalu pasand hai. Aalu lajeej aur tasty hota hai. Aaloo duniya mein sabase jyaada ugaee jaane wali phasal mai se hai.
Aalu mai calcium, iron, vitamin B and phosphorus hota hai. Aaloo ke saath sath isake chhilakon mein bhee bahut se poshak tatva paye jaate hain. Aalu ke bina har sabjee adhoori hoti hain. Aalu se motapa nhi badtha hai.
